Dear Aspiring Singer,
(or Parent of a Talented Singer),
Let me guess, you’re anxious to find a team who can help you write/produce a breakthrough song?
And you’re thinking, “if I only had a legit manager or team who could help me grow my fanbase and monetize my music”…
But you’re also not sure of where to start or who you can trust…
No worries, we can help with all of that!
To date, we have worked with and developed the sound of nearly 500 independent artists...
Many whom we've helped break the threshold of 10K streams that most indie artists struggle to reach...
Some whom we've helped launch their very first songs ever written or recorded, and then helped them grow those to hundreds of thousands (and some to millions) of streams within just the first 6-12 months of each release.
See the results for yourself...
Development is the process a musician must go through to develop their unique sound and talents, as well as their brand, fanbase, and ability to consistently perform at a high level. In the past, record labels would sign an artist to a demo deal or artist development deal and assign them a dedicated team who would mold them into a professional artist, and more specifically, a profitable entity.
This was an intensive and expensive nurturing process. However, with the age of digital media giving rise to self-made artists and influencers, it became more practical for label’s to simply scout artists who had already established a large fan base and were monetizing their music.
And so, artist development as a fundamental process was pretty much abandoned…
As a result, the substantial investments and collective efforts of entire departments that used to fuel the growth of undiscovered talent, has now become the sole responsibility of the artist over the last decade…
Essentially, this drastic shift in the industry has forced artists to have to evolve as innovative and business savvy entrepreneurs in order to enjoy any real success in the music business. That’s where Forever Current comes in…
This is the face of your record. You will discuss your vision for each piece of artwork with a creative director and graphic designer.

You will have assistance with setting up your accounts with performance rights organizations (PROs) and royalty collection agencies.
You will receive guidance and direction for everything from skill and product development to learning best music business practices, to ensure your continued success as an artist and entrepreneur.

Forever Current focuses on coaching and mentorship in the following areas:
What motivates you? What are you really doing this for, aside from the fact that you like to make music? What will you be remembered for?… Everything begins with our why and paves the way for our legacy. Without clarity and purpose, we lack the level of desire and perseverance necessary to overcome all of the adversities that we are sure to encounter along our journey. Knowing our why is what allows us to achieve anything we set our minds to.
“Before we can stand out, we must first get clear on what we stand for“ – Simon Sinek
Realize the impact of learning and investing in your personal growth every day. Seek knowledge in all areas that expand your skill set, as well as your mental and emotional fortitude and capacity! You will get much further in the music industry (and in life) if you commit to this practice on a daily basis.
“The swiftest way to triple your success is to double your investment in personal development.” – Robin Sharma
“We can’t become what we need to be by remaining what we are.” – Oprah Winfrey
Success and happiness (or lack thereof) is directly related to how effectively you manage your time, priorities, energy, sleep, health, and state of mind… Time is the most precious, as it is the one thing we cannot buy or create more of. However, when managed correctly, we can suddenly accomplish more power moves in 90 days than what used to take us years at a time.
The excuses “I’m too busy” or “I don’t have enough time” are the most common for why people believe they are unable to pursue their passion or achieve their major life goals. The truth is, we make time for the things that matter most to us… So, the next time you sit down to binge watch a show on TV, or get sucked into an endless scroll on your social media feed, or hit the snooze button on your morning alarm and delay your dreams, ask yourself, “is this decision or activity going to bring me closer to accomplishing my career goals?” It’s a simple yes or no answer.
“If you don’t make the time to work on creating the life you want, you’re eventually going to be forced to spend a lot of time dealing with a life you don’t want.” – Kevin Ngo
A concept originally proposed by the psychologist Albert Bandura, refers to an individual’s belief in their capacity to execute behaviors necessary to produce specific performance attainments. Self-efficacy affects every area of human endeavor, as it reflects confidence in the ability to exert control over one’s own motivation, behavior, and social environment. Understanding this at a fundamental level, while constantly striving for personal excellence, is what makes all the difference for the top 1% in any industry.
“The will to win, the desire to succeed, the urge to reach your full potential…these are the keys that will unlock the door to personal excellence.” – Confucius
“With self-discipline most anything is possible.” – Theodore Roosevelt
Personal excellence is a lifelong process and personal goal of developing mental and emotional skills to improve oneself in every aspect of life. This means striving to cultivate the best possible relationship with oneself, as well as with family, education, career, finance, health, etc.
“I’ve got a theory that if you give 100% all the time, somehow things will work out in the end.” – Larry Bird
If you don’t take care of your mind, body, and spirit, they won’t take care of you. Self-nourishment is the key to extracting creative genius and producing your best art… When you optimize these areas in your daily routine, you will notice a drastic improvement to your quality of life. Including your ability to adapt to change, and to overcome any challenges that are thrown your way.
“You are the one that possesses the keys to your being. You carry the passport to your own happiness.” – Diane von Furstenberg
Creative blocks can feel very real and very limiting, but ultimately, creative blocks are not real… Like almost anything else in life, they are simply a challenge or adversity that can be overcome, which first requires self-awareness and understanding the root of the problem. Once shifting your perspective, and then implementing certain techniques and warm up exercises that professional writers and producers have been taught over time by their very own mentors, you too can circumvent and obliterate creative blocks whenever they attempt to hinder the creative genius within you.
“Writer’s block is a choice. It’s not real. It’s not an external thing that happens to you. It’s actually something a lot more like resistance… It’s a force that keeps you from doing the important work that you know you need to do.” – Seth Mosley
“Most writer’s blocks come from people second-guessing to the point where they get discouraged and they just quit… So I believe in getting the idea out, getting the creativity out… If it’s not amazing to you, so what. You should just get it out of your system.” – Poo Bear
A limiting belief is a state of mind, conviction, or belief that you whole-heartedly think to be true, and which as a result may actually limit you in certain ways. Limiting beliefs can have negative effects on you such as preventing you from making good choices that you know deep down would be to your best benefit, keeping you from accepting and pursuing new opportunities, or hindering you from reaching your true unlimited potential. Overcoming limiting beliefs by reprogramming your mind and spirit through positive self-talk, and surrounding yourself with supportive people and mentors, can be one of the biggest wins and transformations in life that you’ll ever experience.
“We are products of our past, but we don’t have to be prisoners of it.” – Rick Warren
Setting goals forces you to think deeply about what you truly want out of life. For example, what career do you want to have built for yourself 5 years from now? How much income do you want to be making? How is your work-life balance? What does your dream house look like?…
Goals provide clarity, keep you motivated, and help you measure progress. Goals make you realize that procrastination is wasted time, and help you maintain laser-like focus while on the path to achieving your dreams. The act of setting, achieving, and surpassing your personal goals are essentially what makes living your best life possible.
“Setting goals is the first step in turning the invisible into the visible.” – Tony Robbins
“Your vision is only actionable if you say it out loud. If you keep it to yourself, it will remain a figment of your imagination.” – Simon Sinek
Accountability is another important pillar of our program. For example, we implore our students to realize that excuses and procrastination, such as ‘hitting snooze’ in the morning, are the main things standing in the way of their success. The key to beating these career killing habits are to (A) create a list of your absolute highest priorities that need to be done on a daily basis (and commit to completing them); and (B) create a NOT-to-do-list of the non-essential time killers that you will refuse to waste your time on, going forward.
“Accept responsibility for your life. Know that it is you who will get you where you want to go, no one else.” – Les Brown
Networking, leadership, building interpersonal relationships, and learning how to cultivate a team of skilled individuals who believe just as much in your vision as you do, are some of the most underrated skill sets in any industry and in life. These are an art in and of themselves, and which also require emotional intelligence, understanding human psychology, and going out of your way to get to know people on a much deeper level to identify where your paths may align.
You will be paid in proportion to the problems that you solve for others… Meaning, aim to add value to every situation and person you come across. Stop asking “what can you do for me?” And start asking “what can I do for you?” For example, instead of asking someone to promote your music, offer to produce a commercial jingle for their business (or the company they work for), and you may just get an opportunity to be paid for your musical services; or to at least gain exposure on a larger platform. The universe rewards those who continue to give and add value. In a way it’s simple math; the more you connect with and help others, the larger of a network you will amass of people who will buy from you or reciprocate in one way or another. On the contrary, if you only care to help yourself, you will only be able to turn to yourself whenever you need a lending hand.
Failure should not be dwelled on but rather seen as valuable feedback. It is an opportunity to identify why something did not work so that you can seek and discover the necessary solution.
“It is impossible to live without failing at something, unless you live so cautiously that you might as well not have lived at all – in which case, you fail by default.” – J.K. Rowling
“Many of life’s failures are people who did not realize how close they were to success when they gave up.” – Thomas Edison
Acknowledging the good and embracing the blessings that you already have in your life is the foundation for all abundance. The universe will not provide you with more gifts and opportunities and wealth if you are not grateful for what you already have.
“Gratitude, like faith, is a muscle. The more you use it, the stronger it grows, and the more power you have to use it on your behalf. If you do not practice gratefulness, its benefaction will go unnoticed, and your capacity to draw on its gifts will be diminished. To be grateful is to find blessings in everything. This is the most powerful attitude to adopt, for there are blessings in everything.” – Alan Cohen
